Many of our summer field trips require a signed waiver from parents or guardians. Without a completed waiver, your child may not be able to participate, even if they are present at the trip location. Please make sure to fill out all necessary waivers in advance. We do not have a way to confirm completion, so please help us ensure your child doesn't miss out on the fun by taking care of this ahead of time!

We’re excited to welcome SHORT the Squirrel back to help kick off our Summer Literacy Program on June 9! Each week, every child will go home with a brand-new SHORT book to build their home library and keep the love of reading going strong all summer long.
To track progress and celebrate growth, we’ll be using the STAR assessment at the beginning and end of the summer to help level your child’s reading. Each member will also receive a reading log to take home. You can also use STRIDE Academy from home to help with extra reading and math!
We encourage families to help fill it out because at the end of summer, we’ll be hosting a special celebration and recognizing the member who read the most books! You can download the Reading Log below.
We have partnered with Oak River Counseling to give our members the tools for good mental health and success. Group counseling and individual sessions will be offered. Payment for sessions may be billed through insurance. For more information, contact Ms. Taivia at taivia@bgcseal.com or 334-445-0512
Application is under "Downloads" below.
PLEASE watch the Parent Orientation Video if your child plans to attend this Summer!
